During his distinguished career in the automotive sector, Belini held leadership positions with IRF Matarazzo, Magneti Marelli and the Fiat Group. He currently serves as President of The National Association of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers, Minas for Peace, Fiat Brazil Holding and Fiat Finance Brazil. In addition to being Chairman of Fidis Bank, Belini is a member of numerous councils including the Group Executive Council, Fiat Chrysler Executive Council, Superior Strategic Councils of the Industrial Federations of the States of São Paulo and Minas Gerais and Dom Cabral Foundation’s International Advisory Board.

Andrés Velasco

Mr. Andrés Velasco, former Chilean presidential candidate and Minister of Finance of Chile. During his tenure, Velasco was recognized as Latin American Finance Minister of the Year by several international publications. His work to save Chile´s copper windfall and create a rainy-day fund was applauded in the Financial Times, the Economist, the Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg, amongst others. Velasco is a founder of SCL Partners and has advised governments, global businesses and multilateral financial institutions. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy and an M.A. in International Relations from Yale University. In addition, he has a Ph.D. in Economics from Columbia University and was a postdoctoral fellow in Political Economy at Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

William (Bill) R. Johnson

Mr. William (Bill) R. Johnson served as Chief Operating Officer of H.J. Heinz Company from 1996 to 1998, then Chief Executive Officer and President from 1998 to 2013 and 1996 to 2013, respectively. He joined H.J. Heinz Company in 1982 as General Manager of New Businesses for Heinz U.S.A and was named Vice President of Marketing for ketchup, foodservice and sauces in January 1984.He is currently Independent Director at PepsiCo, Inc. Mr Johnson has been a Director of Emerson Electric Co. since May 2008 and a Director of United Parcel Service, Inc. since February 2009. He served as a Director of Georgia-Pacific LLC, Amerada Hess Corporation and PNC Financial Services Group Inc. He also received the Marco Polo Award, the highest honor bestowed by the Chinese government on foreign business leaders, for Heinz's support of the development of the Chinese food industry. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in 2007. Mr. Johnson holds an Undergraduate Degree from UCLA and an MBA from the University of Texas.

Bob Lutz

Mr. Bob Lutz, former Vice Chairman of General Motors Corporation. Lutz is retired from the global automotive industry following 47 years of working with GM, BMW, Ford and Chrysler. During this time, Lutz held a variety of senior leadership and board positions in the fields of product development, global sales and marketing and international operations. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive of Exide Technologies from 1998-2002. Lutz currently holds board positions at The New Common School Foundation, U.S. Marine Corps University Foundation, Marine Military Academy, Transonic combustion, Inc., VIA Motors, Nanosteel, and EnerG2. Lutz is also co-owner of VL Automotive, a manufacturer of low-volume, high-performance automobiles. He received the 2006 Manufacturing Leadership Award from the Society of Automotive Engineers Foundation, which recognizes individuals who have made meaningful contributions to the development of the automotive industry. He has written three highly popular books about his time in the auto industry and is an active speaker on the lecture circuit.

He previously held senior executive roles at US Bank and PNC Bank.

Mr. Raymond Wilcox, past President and Chief Executive of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC and past President of Chevron North America Exploration and Production Company. Wilcox had a 40-year career with Chevron in U.S. and international operations. He is currently a Director of Forest Oil Corporation and serves on the Advisory Board of the Engineering College at the University of Michigan. He previously served on the Board and Executive Committees of the American Chemistry Council and the National Petrochemical and Refiners Association, and also served on the Upstream Committee of the American Petroleum Institute.

Mr. David Turnbull, former Chairman of Swire Pacific, former Chairman and CEO of Cathay Pacific Airways and current Executive Chairman of Hong Kong-listed Pacific Basin Shipping Limited. Turnbull is Chairman of Seabury Aviation and Aerospace Asia (Hong Kong) Ltd and holds non-executive directorships of Hong Kong-listed Sands China Ltd and The Wharf (Holdings) Ltd, as well as London AIM-listed Green Dragon Gas Ltd. and Greka Drilling Ltd.

Mr. Turnbull graduated from Cambridge University with a Bachelor of Arts (subsequently Master of Arts) degree with Honours in Economics. He joined the Swire Group upon graduation and held a variety of senior management positions with international responsibilities covering aviation, shipping and property during his 30 years there.

A merchant banker for Banca Leonardo Group and Chairman of Leonardo Midcap CF, he also serves on the board of KLM. Former Director of the French Prime Minister’s Cabinet, he has also been Chairman and Chief Executive of Compagnie Financière de Suez and Banque Indosuez, and Stern Bank. Previous board positions include Lagardère, Crédit Agricole, Air Liquide and Renault.

A graduate of École Polytechnique and Institut d’Études Politiques, he authors books and articles on politics and the economy.

He holds the position of Officier de la Légion d'Honneur and Commandeur de l'Ordre National du Mérite.

Mr. Thierry Marraud, current Chief Financial Officer of the Bolloré Group. He serves also as President of the Edhec Foundation, and Chairman of the board for Copacel (Confédération Française de l'Industry des papiers-cartons et cellulose) and Cellulose du Pin, Papeteries de Condat and Lembacel. Formerly Finance Director at Pont-à-Mousson then Saint-Gobain, he became Saint-Gobain’s group representative for Spain & Portugal and then Director of the Wood-Paper division.

Mr. Marraud has also been President of Marsh SA, Chairman of the board for Clinvest and member of the executive committee of Crédit Lyonnais.

Dr. Uwe Franke, former Chief Executive Officer of BP Europa SE and Vice-Chairman of the management board. Dr. Franke is currently President of the World Energy Council and non-executive Director of BP Europa SE, Hoyer GmbH, Basalt AG, Biométhodes and He also serves in an advisory capacity to IFM Industry Funds Management, Pflüger International Consulting and Bernotat+Cie GmbH. An oil veteran, his career at BP spanned in excess of 30 years, and comprised various senior management positions including European Head of BP’s retail station network, CEO of BP Portugal and CEO of Deutsche BP AG.

Dr. Franke is the former Chairman of the Executive Board of Mineralölwirtschaftsverband e.V (the German National Oil Industry Association). The founder of the Diversity Charta in Germany under the sponsorship of Chancellor Merkel, he was appointed German Ambassador for diversity. He holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Hamburg.
