In addition to being Chairman of Fidis Bank, Belini is a member of numerous councils including the Group Executive Council, Fiat Chrysler Executive Council, Superior Strategic Councils of the Industrial Federations of the States of São Paulo and Minas Gerais and Dom Cabral Foundation’s International Advisory Board.

Mr. Franklin Lee Feder, former Alcoa Chief Executive Officer Latin America & Caribbean. Since joining Alcoa in 1990, Feder has held a number of senior management positions within the company including President, global primary products as well as country head for Brazil, Jamaica and Suriname. Previously, Feder was Vice President and Partner at Booz-Allen & Hamilton. He also held management positions at Adela Investment Company and Technomic Consultores.

He has a business degree from the Getulio Vargas Foundation, and an MBA from the International Management Development Institute (IMD) Lausanne, Switzerland.

Arellano is the former Chilean Minister of Education, Head of the National Budget and President of the board of Fundacion Chile; he has also served on the board of Banco Estado, Television Nacional and various private companies.

Carlos Del Solar

Mr. Carlos Del Solar, former President of Hunt Oil in Peru with extensive international experience as President of ARCO for Brazil, Colombia, Peru and Trinidad; VP of Exploration for Occidental in South America; VP of Exploration in Malaysia and President of the Venezuelan Business Unit. He has served as President of the National Society of Mining, Petroleum and Energy and as First Vice President of the Peruvian Confederation of Private Business Associations (CONFIEP). He is also President of the Advisory Council of the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC), a member of the Advisory Council of the President of the Regional Government of Lima and was appointed Second Vice President of the Peruvian Exporters Committee in March of 2010. Carlos del Solar has a degree in geology and geological engineering from the National University of San Marcos and a master of science degree from Stanford University. He also attended the Advanced Executive Management Program at the University of Piura.

Mr. Alfredo Ovalle, current Advisory Chair and National Advisor to Chile’s National Society of Mining. Ovalle also serves on the board of Empresas Minera Las Cenizas. He has held a variety of legal and executive positions including President of the Confederation of Production and Trade, Executive Chair at the National Copper Corporation. A professor of Finance Law at the Catholic University of Chile, he is the former legal advisor to various mining and construction companies including Constructor Faoram, Compañía Minera San Antonio del Huasco and Compañía Minera Carrizal Alto.

Ovalle studied law at the Catholic University of Chile and completed specialized studies at New York University and the London School of Economics.

Mr. Andrés Velasco, former Chilean presidential candidate and Minister of Finance of Chile. During his tenure, Velasco was recognized as Latin American Finance Minister of the Year by several international publications. His work to save Chile´s copper windfall and create a rainy-day fund was applauded in the Financial Times, the Economist, the Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg, amongst others. Velasco is a founder of SCL Partners and has advised governments, global businesses and multilateral financial institutions. He holds both a B.A. in economics and philosophy and an M.A. in international relations from Yale University. In addition, he has a Ph.D. in economics from Columbia University and was a postdoctoral fellow in political economy at Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

With a 30-year career spanning in both business and politics, Bartlett has been at the forefront of federal, local and global policy making. He has served as U.S. Congressman from Texas and Mayor of Dallas, Texas. He currently is on the Board of Directors of Ares Capital Corporation (NASDAQ) and has previously served on four boards including: Centene Corporation, IMCO Recycling, KB Homes and Suncoast Industries (all NYSE).

Early in his career he founded and was President of a successful manufacturing company in Texas. Bartlett has decades of community and public service, including Chair of Easter Seals of Greater Washington, Co-Chairman of Character Counts of Dallas, Chair of Trinity Trails, Board of Governors of National YMCA, and member of Boards of Directors of Dallas Can Charter Schools, BIPAC, Institute for Legal Reform, and Grace Presbyterian Village among others.

Mr. William (Bill) R. Johnson, served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of H.J. Heinz Company from April 30, 1998 to June 21, 2013 and June 1996 to June 2013 respectively. He is currently Independent Director at PepsiCo, Inc. Mr. Johnson served as the Chief Operating Officer of H.J. Heinz Company from June 1996 to April 30, 1998. He joined H.J. Heinz Company in 1982 as General Manager of New Businesses for Heinz U.S.A and was named Vice President of Marketing for ketchup, foodservice and sauces in January 1984. He has been a Director of Emerson Electric Co. since May 2008 and a Director of United Parcel Service, Inc. since February 2009. He served as a Director of Georgia-Pacific LLC, Amerada Hess Corporation and PNC Financial Services Group Inc. He also received the Marco Polo Award, the highest honor bestowed by the Chinese government on foreign business leaders, for Heinz's support of the development of the Chinese food industry. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in 2007. Mr. Johnson holds an Undergraduate Degree from UCLA and an MBA from the University of Texas.

Mr. Bob Lutz, former Vice Chairman of General Motors Corporation. Lutz is retired from the global automotive industry following 47-years working with GM, BMW, Ford and Chrysler. During this time, Lutz held a variety of senior leadership and board positions in the fields of product development, global sales and marketing and international operations. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive of Exide Technologies from 1998-2002. Lutz currently holds board positions at The New Common School Foundation, U.S. Marine Corps University Foundation, Marine Military Academy, Transonic combustion, Inc., VIA Motors, Nanosteel, and EnerG2. Lutz is also co-owner of VL Automotive, a manufacturer of low-volume, high-performance automobiles. He received the 2006 Manufacturing Leadership Award from the Society of Automotive Engineers Foundation, which recognizes individuals who have made meaningful contributions to the development of the automotive industry. He has written three highly popular books about his time in the auto industry and is an active speaker on the lecture circuit.

Dr. Mark McClellan

Dr. Mark McClellan a doctor and economist by training, he has a highly distinguished record in public service and in academic research. He is the former Senior Director for Health Care Policy at the White House, and a former member of the President's Council of Economic Advisors. He is a senior fellow and director of the Health Care Innovation and Value Initiatives at the Brookings Institution, focusing on promoting quality and value in patient centered health care. Dr. McClellan is a former administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and former commissioner of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), where he developed and implemented major reforms in health policy. These include the Medicare prescription drug benefit, the FDA’s Critical Path Initiative, and public-private initiatives to develop better information on the quality and cost of care. He was also an associate professor of economics and medicine with tenure at Stanford University.

Andersen was previously chairman of both Sanlam Limited and Virgin Active South Africa, and a Director of Virgin Active UK. He serves on the boards of Aspen Pharmacare Holdings Limited, Nampak Limited, Sasfin Bank Ltd and Sasfin Holdings Ltd, where he is the current chairman. He is a member of the King Committee on Corporate Governance.

In addition, he is a Major General in the military. His current positions include Chief Defence Reserves for the South African National Defence Force, Honorary Colonel of the Transvaal Horse Artillery and member of the Defence Staff Council and Military Command Council. He was appointed General of the Gunners in December 2005 and is a member of The South African Delville Wood Commemorative Trust.

Mr. Brand Pretorius, is the recently retired Chief Executive Officer of McCarthy Holdings, the largest auto retailer in South Africa. He currently serves as a Non Executive Director on the boards of the ABSA Group, ABSA Bank Limited, Reunert, RGT Smart and Eliance. Brand is also a member of the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa. An honorary professorship in Business Management was conferred on him in 1991 by the University of the Free State and in 2001 by the University of Johannesburg. He was appointed a Fellow at the Gordon Institute of Business Science in 2007.

Pretorius is a member of the main board of the National Business Initiative, the READ Educational Trust Board of Trustees, and is the immediate past President of the South African Retail Motor Industry Organization.

Mr. Turnbull graduated from Cambridge University with a Bachelor of Arts (subsequently Master of Arts) degree with Honours in Economics. He joined the Swire Group upon graduation and held a variety of senior management positions with international responsibilities covering aviation, shipping and property during his 30 years with the Swire Group.

Dr. Franke is the former Chairman of the Executive Board of Mineralölwirtschaftsverband e.V (the German National Oil Industry Association). The founder of the Diversity Charta in Germany under the sponsorship of Chancellor Merkel, he was appointed German Ambassador for diversity. He holds a PhD in chemistry from the University of Hamburg.
