Nick graduated in physics from University College London and joined Thomson McLintock in 1981, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, and has a proven track record leading successful people-based businesses.

Pamela brings Proudfoot's rich history of measurable results to industry challenges.

Pamela has led the transformation of Proudfoot since she became CEO in 2017.  Pamela has installed a new consulting model focused on developing the skils and capabilities of clients. This is part of Proudfoot’s obsession with delivering meaningful results through people.

She is passionate about Proudfoot leading the way in achieving behavior change at speed and scale with tangible outcomes that stick for the long term. She is also passionate that her teams understand the importance of their role as consultants; “Our clients open the door of their business to us. We have a duty of care to bring our best selves to work and leave every client interaction better than when we arrived.”

Pam joined Proudfoot over 30 years ago. Her first assignment was with Mount Isa Mines in outback Queensland, Australia where she rolled up her sleeves, put on her safety boots, and delivered her first set of measurable benefits, through people.

Pam continues to advocate that real change and transformation comes from your people.

Pam has held various executive roles, including the global leadership of Proudfoot People Solutions practice, the growth of Proudfoot Asia, President EMEA, and is Executive Sponsor of the Proudfoot Institute – home of the Proudfoot Transformation Masterclass called t-Lab. Pam is a recognized thought leader in transformative change.

She has led client engagements across multiple sectors in more than 35 countries and, like most Proudfoot leadership works directly with teams on the ground at every opportunity.

 

Jon Wylie - President, Global Natural Resources | Proudfoot

Jon has driven and led the Proudfoot Global Natural Resources practice for much of his 30 year career Like all Proudfoot senior executives and their teams, he is hands-on and client facing much of his time. Whether that is working at sites in Cananda, Chile, Mongolia or Kazakhstan.  He supports our client teams develop and deliver value across the price and life cycle of their commodities and assets.
 
Jon joined Proudfoot in 1987 and has worked across our global operations starting in MRO and Industrials. His extensive functional knowledge lies in the delivery of productivity improvement projects. He has specific expertise in behavioral change and improvement of business operations. Jon championed the development of our first industry sector.
 
Over the last 10 years, Jon has built our Global Natural Resources practice. He works with clients in Mining and Metals, Building (Construction) Materials, Energy, and Oil & Gas.
 
Respected across industry, Jon is passionate about changing the current consulting dynamic. Consultants can be a catalyst contributing to organisational growth. They can help organisations adapt. They can deliver sustainability and engage with clients to deliver high value outcomes at a reasonable costs.

St. John Cameron 
Managing Director, Asia 

 

St.John has been designing and delivering transformation programs for clients for 27 years.

Initially joining in 1991 as a project consultant he worked extensively in Europe and Southern Africa in multiple management roles. For the last 13 years St. John has run our Regional Office in Hong Kong.

He is a trusted advisor to numerous CEO’s of large multinationals. He has been developing and expanding Proudfoot’s client base throughout Greater China and South East Asia. He is proud to lead our enthusiastic and passionate local Proudfoot teams. They create great partnerships with our clients to deliver outstanding results.

He is passionate about the core of our company DNA. And proud of our ability to help our clients learn how to identify Lost Time, and then recover it. Reducing turnaround time of aircraft in heavy maintenance or to win back more face to face sales time in a Mercedes dealership.

St.John served with British Army in the Corps of Royal Engineers, the Queen’s Gurkha Engineers and has an MBA from Henley The Management College.

Dennis Santare 
Managing Director, Maintenance and Repair Operations 

 

Dennis served in the US Marine Corps as a fighter aircraft operator and maintenance officer.
 
It was there where he developed a lifelong passion for operations and asset management. He brings that passion to bear each day for his global clients as Managing Director, Maintenance and Repair Operations (MRO).
 
After leaving the military, Dennis worked as a management consultant. He then lead sales and strategy teams for top-tier MRO companies. His clients consist of global transportation, logistics, and supply chain organizations. He brings a people-first approach to his sector focus on Aviation and Defense. He helps maintenance leaders innovate and optimize by applying expertise from different sectors.
 
Dennis has an MBA from The Wharton School and has worked in Australia, ASEAN, Japan, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.

Helder Santos
Managing Director Natural Resources, EMEAA

 

Helder handles business development and delivery for Natural Resourcesacross EMEAA.
 
Helder has global experience in more than 100 client companies. He has been responsible for identifying improvement opportunities for major organizations. And designing business solutions to deliver significant financial and operational transformations.
 
His projects include ensuring safe and predictable operations. He has helped increase throughput, enhance maintenance effectiveness and installations of lean mining. He focuses on improving supply chain management and organizational change capabilities people development.
 
Helder has a degree in Chemical Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Management. He speaks fluent English, Portuguese, Spanish and French.

Phil leads transformation efforts in diversified manufacturing, automotive, heavy equipment, and transportation.

Phil works with organizations that are looking to simplify lead to order, order to deliver operations. He does this by standardizing business processes, or improve supply chain performance.

He focuses on solutions designed to unlock people’s potential. He works with clients to develop workforce capabilities. And to foster active management behaviors that deliver measurable results. Phil has 20 years in salesforce effectiveness, sales and distribution operations. He has developed service delivery models and improved supply chain performance.

Phil is passionate about putting the customer at the center of delivery excellence and people performance.

Chief Marketing Officer 

 

Crispin is delivering marketing strategies that drive the Proudfoot brand into the key markets.  Proudfoot has delivered great resultss for clients for over 70 years and yet is still a well kept secret. Using many channels, new and old, to get the message to the market is the key priority. 

Crispin is adept at directing teams in a matrix environment across management consulting, law, publishing, education, information systems, technology, and accounting. He has effectively built strategic alliances with clients, senior leaders, partners and associates.
