Jonathan is responsible for client benefits identification and measurement. In every Proudfoot project, we are measuring the change through operational and financial indicators. We have a very robust methodology using specifics tools linking those KPIs to financial statements. We co-install this tool with the project team of course and the finance department which approves any financial benefits. This installation allows us to track any kind of benefits on a weekly basis during the project life time but also support our commitment to achieve the objectives set up at the beginning of the project.

Andries joined Proudfoot in 1997 in South Africa as a consultant. He has worked on and lead client engagements all over the globe. His expertise includes operational improvement, maintenance productivity improvement, MRO, supply chain management, strategic procurement, working capital optimization, and organizational redesign. Andries has worked with a variety of industries including natural resources, food processing and manufacturing, printing, automotive, technology, health care, and insurance.

Jeff joined Proudfoot in 2018 from FLSmidth as the Executive Vice President Natural Resources. He has 25 years of global mining industry experience incorporating working in operational roles with mine owner/operators, as well as numerous operational and business management roles for major suppliers of consumables and capital equipment to the mining, minerals and construction sector. His expertise is centered around mining and the related industrial sectors specifically supplying to the mining, construction and quarry sector. Functional aspects of expertise include mining operations and feasibility, mineral processing equipment, business management, operational management, chemical and dangerous goods. In terms of business disciplines his expertise covers sales, strategic marketing, business strategy, business management, re-structure and turn-around.

PE looks after our Maintenance practice for the EMEA and is in charge of developing internal capabilities that meet our client requirements. More than 15 years of consulting assignments have helped him to serve clients worldwide. His experience spans from sales, project design and delivery across various industries but typically asset intensive industries (e.g. oil & gas, chemical, aerospace). Recent examples of client work include improving maintenance work order management, preparing and delivering bespoke shutdowns and turnaround assessment (both for preparation and execution), Make or Buy decision modelling and assessment of maintenance workshops footprint.

A professional Engineer, Paul is a VP Operations in the Global Natural Resources practice and SME in MRO, and an ex-client from our work in the 1990’s. Paul joined Proudfoot in 2014, with over 30 years Mining and Oil and Gas (O&G) industry experience in international top tier mining and primary services companies. He has both lead and managed International client engagements. His hands-on experience crosses several functions, including mining and projects, plant & facilities maintenance, mine operations, human resources, mine and plant construction, commissioning and supply chain management, with a track record of productivity, safety and cost improvement. He enjoys the challenge of helping clients improve their business but the highest reward is leaving behind new skills and paradigms that allow people to keep improving after we have left. Paul is bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

Working across different cultures & nations, from Asia Pacific to the Africa continent, he has led companies from a broad spectrum of industries to accelerate growth and optimised performance. Pragmatic and results oriented, Brian is passionate about sustainable change with the vision of bringing operational value and financial return to any engagement he’s involved in.

Welcome has been in the Management Consulting industry for nearly 20 years. He is currently Executive Vice President in charge of Proudfoot Analytics and of some Business Development in Asia, where he has been residing for the last 7 years. These years have seen him working in many corners of the planet from Colombia to New Zealand, Nigeria to Russia or Sweden and Indonesia. The experience gained over the world with over 200 past clients cover an extensive spectrum that include mines (coal, copper), shipbuilding, insurance, financial services, banks, ports, aircraft construction, goods and services retail, distribution, farming instruments manufacturing and distribution, telecommunications, and many other manufacturing and services companies.

Greg supports our business development activity globally, working hand-in-hand with our Managing Directors and Subject Matter Experts across multiple countries and industries. He is a specialist in all aspects of bid management, sales operations, go-to-market strategy and implementation. Greg has over 25 years’ experience in technology and management consulting, and has worked across USA, Europe, Asia, South America, Middle East and Africa. He holds a BA (Hons) Economics from the University of Liverpool and completed his executive education at INSEAD Business School in France.

Tony began his career with Proudfoot over 28 years ago. In that time, he has worked in the capacity of installation specialist, manager of operations, director of operations and people solutions director. He has recently returned to operations with a well-rounded appreciation of the people and productivity disciplines. Tony has delivered projects in both Africa, Asia, Canada, Australia and Europe and the variety of industries includes mining operations, manufacturing, financial services, insurance, security services, medical services, metal processing, supply chain, retail, distribution, construction & engineering and food and beverage.

Having worked in the industry for 30 years, Chris's knowledge spans multiple functional areas including business performance management, organizational cultural alignment, cost reduction, business process engineering and implementation. In addition, he has extensive mining and processing experience across precious metals, base metals and upstream iron and steel raw materials such as ferroalloys, coking coal, and iron ore. With deep rooted technical knowledge within the mining and metal industries, Chris has worked for a number of significant natural resource companies in an operational capacity. In addition, he has commissioned and operated two Greenfield operations in South Africa and Zimbabwe, operating in a technical leadership capacity.
