Nick graduated in physics from University College London and joined Thomson McLintock in 1981, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, and has a proven track record leading successful people-based businesses.

Pamela brings Proudfoot's rich history of measurable results to industry challenges.
Pamela has led the transformation of Proudfoot since she became CEO in 2017. Pamela has installed a new consulting model focused on developing the skills and capabilities of clients. This is part of Proudfoot’s obsession with delivering meaningful results through people.
She is passionate about Proudfoot leading the way in achieving behavior change at speed and scale with tangible outcomes that stick for the long term. Pam joined Proudfoot over 30 years ago. Her first assignment was with Mount Isa Mines in outback Queensland, Australia where she rolled up her sleeves, put on her safety boots, and delivered her first set of measurable benefits, through people.

Jon has driven and led the Proudfoot Global Natural Resources practice for much of his 30 year career. Like all Proudfoot senior executives and their teams, he is hands-on and client facing much of his time. Whether that is working at sites in Cananda, Chile, Mongolia or Kazakhstan. He supports our client teams develop and deliver value across the price and life cycle of their commodities and assets.
Jon joined Proudfoot in 1987 and has worked across our global operations starting in MRO and Industrials. His extensive functional knowledge lies in the delivery of productivity improvement projects. He has specific expertise in behavioral change and improvement of business operations. Jon championed the development of our first industry sector.
Over the last 10 years, Jon has built our Global Natural Resources practice. He works with clients in Mining and Metals, Building (Construction) Materials, Energy, and Oil & Gas.

St. John Cameron

St.John has been designing and delivering transformation programs for clients for 27 years.
Initially joining in 1991 as a project consultant he worked extensively in Europe and Southern Africa in multiple management roles. For the last 13 years St. John has run our Regional Office in Hong Kong.
He is a trusted advisor to numerous CEO’s of large multinationals. He has been developing and expanding Proudfoot’s client base throughout Greater China and South East Asia. He is proud to lead our enthusiastic and passionate local Proudfoot teams. They create great partnerships with our clients to deliver outstanding results.
He is passionate about the core of our company DNA. And proud of our ability to help our clients learn how to identify Lost Time, and then recover it. Reducing turnaround time of aircraft in heavy maintenance or to win back more face to face sales time in a Mercedes dealership.
St.John served with British Army in the Corps of Royal Engineers, the Queen’s Gurkha Engineers and has an MBA from Henley The Management College.

Dennis served in the US Marine Corps as a fighter aircraft operator and maintenance officer.
It was there where he developed a lifelong passion for operations and asset management. He brings that passion to bear each day for his global clients as Managing Director, Maintenance and Repair Operations (MRO).
After leaving the military, Dennis worked as a management consultant. He then lead sales and strategy teams for top-tier MRO companies. His clients consist of global transportation, logistics, and supply chain organizations. He brings a people-first approach to his sector focus on Aviation and Defense. He helps maintenance leaders innovate and optimize by applying expertise from different sectors.
Dennis has an MBA from The Wharton School and has worked in Australia, ASEAN, Japan, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.

Helder handles business development and delivery for Natural Resourcesacross EMEAA.
Helder has global experience in more than 100 client companies. He has been responsible for identifying improvement opportunities for major organizations. And designing business solutions to deliver significant financial and operational transformations.
His projects include ensuring safe and predictable operations. He has helped increase throughput, enhance maintenance effectiveness and installations of lean mining. He focuses on improving supply chain management and organizational change capabilities people development.

Crispin is delivering marketing strategies that drive the Proudfoot brand into the key markets. Proudfoot has delivered great resultss for clients for over 70 years and yet is still a well kept secret. Using many channels, new and old, to get the message to the market is the key priority.
Crispin is adept at directing teams in a matrix environment across management consulting, law, publishing, education, information systems, technology, and accounting. He has effectively built strategic alliances with clients, senior leaders, partners and associates.
Managing Director Natural Resources, Americas
As Managing Director Natural Resources, Americas, Cay brings her expertise to the business development and delivery side of our Americas Natural Resources business: Mining and Metals, and Building Materials. In her strategic role, she also works with Proudfoot’s leadership team to develop and align practice capabilities with the needs of our clients. A geologist by trade, she has more than 20 years of mining, investment banking and consulting experience in exploration and project development, mining and process operations, and project finance and management consulting. Cay’s commodity experience includes base metals, bauxite, coal, diamonds, gold, industrial minerals, platinum group metals, silver and uranium. Her clients consist of top-tier global mining companies, as well as mid-tier and emerging producers from all over the world. Over the course of her career, she has worked in Australia, Africa, the Americas and Asia.

As Managing Director, Americas, John is responsible for business development and client engagements and leads Proudfoot’s Digital Ready solution. He focuses on solutions to align people, process, and technology to maximize return on digital investments. John’s areas of digital expertise include an aligned business model, digital competitive advantage, development of digital business cases, user adoption, digital maturity assessment, driving digital exploration through crowdsourcing sessions, digital leadership and workforce talent, and continuous digital innovation. Seasoned executive with over 20 years of management consulting experience developing business, digital, operational, and people strategies, designing and implementing transformational solutions, and facilitating diverse groups to drive measurable results.

Originally from New Zealand Andrew has supported industrial companies, spanning the full spectrum of industries and business challenges in most European Union countries, for the last 25 years. Much of Andrew’s work has been in helping Private Equity firms to drive cash generation and EBITDA improvement in their portfolio companies, a role he has done as both a consultant and a CEO. In his spare time Andrew is an avid aviation enthusiast both flying and building aircraft.

With 25 years of experience in international consulting, finance, and performance improvement, Fabien is an expert at assessing projects and organizations from an operational and financial perspective. As Managing Partner of Proudfoot Brasil, Francisco brings over thirty years of management experience in leading global technology and telecom companies. He has led several companies from start up to growth stages in Brasil, Latin America and the USA. Over the last six years his clients consisted of telecom, retail, and supply chain organizations in addition to his sector focus on Infrastructure. Francisco has an MBA from George Washington University and BS and MSc from PUC Rio.
Daniel Vianna de Assis
As President of Proudfoot Brasil, Daniel Assis brings over 20 years of management consulting experience to manufacturing and financial services companies. Daniel has a solid management background in the areas of M&A and financial restructuring services as well as hands on top management experience in leading Brasilian manufacturing organizations. Daniel holds a MBA from University of South Carolina Sumter and degree in Business from FGV São Paulo.
Manuella is a people person and she uses this strength as an Engagement Manager to deliver sustainable solutions to clients while building lasting business relationships. Since joining Proudfoot, Manuella has worked in various industries including mining, manufacturing, financial services and automotive. Reza is a hands-on, people-focused consultant with a strong background in engineering, project management and transformation leadership. He brings to clients a wealth of experience in raising productivity through structured yet agile management of change in operations and systems. His successful track record in Digitalisation stems from adding knowledge of the relevant digital landscape to commercial and engineering acumen. Reza's client work includes Kyocera, GlaxoSmithKline, Cobham, Sasol, SGS, JCM, Arcelor Mittal, Covent Garden Club.
Andrew joined Proudfoot in 2014. He is an adventurous person who loves facing different challenges, traveling different places, and meeting people from different cultures or backgrounds. Helping companies solve their problems provides a strong sense of accomplishment for Andrew. For example, a client planned to close down a plant because of the profit loss, which meant hundreds of people would lose their job. Before the client completely gave up on this plant, they decided to hire Proudfoot to give it one more shot. Now, that plant has evolved into one of the most profitable plants in the region.

Mr. William (Bill) R. Johnson served as Chief Operating Officer of H.J. Heinz Company from 1996 to 1998, then Chief Executive Officer and President from 1998 to 2013 and 1996 to 2013, respectively. He joined H.J. Heinz Company in 1982 as General Manager of New Businesses for Heinz U.S.A and was named Vice President of Marketing for ketchup, foodservice and sauces in January 1984.He is currently Independent Director at PepsiCo, Inc. Mr Johnson has been a Director of Emerson Electric Co. since May 2008 and a Director of United Parcel Service, Inc. since February 2009. He served as a Director of Georgia-Pacific LLC, Amerada Hess Corporation and PNC Financial Services Group Inc. Andries joined Proudfoot in 1997 in South Africa as a consultant. He has worked on and lead client engagements all over the globe. His expertise includes operational improvement, maintenance productivity improvement, MRO, supply chain management, strategic procurement, working capital optimization, and organizational redesign. Andries has worked with a variety of industries including natural resources, food processing and manufacturing, printing, automotive, technology, health care, and insurance.
Executive Vice President, Natural Resources
Jeff joined Proudfoot in 2018 from FLSmidth as the Executive Vice President Natural Resources. He has 25 years of global mining industry experience incorporating working in operational roles with mine owner/operators, as well as numerous operational and business management roles for major suppliers of consumables and capital equipment to the mining, minerals and construction sector. His expertise is centered around mining and the related industrial sectors specifically supplying to the mining, construction and quarry sector. Functional aspects of expertise include mining operations and feasibility, mineral processing equipment, business management, operational management, chemical and dangerous goods. In terms of business disciplines his expertise covers sales, strategic marketing, business strategy, business management, re-structure and turn-around.
PE looks after our Maintenance practice for the EMEA and is in charge of developing internal capabilities that meet our client requirements. More than 15 years of consulting assignments have helped him to serve clients worldwide. His experience spans from sales, project design and delivery across various industries but typically asset intensive industries (e.g. oil & gas, chemical, aerospace). Recent examples of client work include improving maintenance work order management, preparing and delivering bespoke shutdowns and turnaround assessment (both for preparation and execution), Make or Buy decision modelling and assessment of maintenance workshops footprint.

A professional Engineer, Paul is a VP Operations in the Global Natural Resources practice and SME in MRO, and an ex-client from our work in the 1990’s. Paul joined Proudfoot in 2014, with over 30 years Mining and Oil and Gas (O&G) industry experience in international top tier mining and primary services companies. He has both lead and managed International client engagements. His hands-on experience crosses several functions, including mining and projects, plant & facilities maintenance, mine operations, human resources, mine and plant construction, commissioning and supply chain management, with a track record of productivity, safety and cost improvement. He enjoys the challenge of helping clients improve their business but the highest reward is leaving behind new skills and paradigms that allow people to keep improving after we have left. Paul is bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

Welcome has been in the Management Consulting industry for nearly 20 years. He is currently Executive Vice President in charge of Proudfoot Analytics and of some Business Development in Asia, where he has been residing for the last 7 years. These years have seen him working in many corners of the planet from Colombia to New Zealand, Nigeria to Russia or Sweden and Indonesia. The experience gained over the world with over 200 past clients cover an extensive spectrum that include mines (coal, copper), shipbuilding, insurance, financial services, banks, ports, aircraft construction, goods and services retail, distribution, farming instruments manufacturing and distribution, telecommunications, and many other manufacturing and services companies.

Greg supports our business development activity globally, working hand-in-hand with our Managing Directors and Subject Matter Experts across multiple countries and industries. Greg has over 25 years’ experience in technology and management consulting, and has worked across USA, Europe, Asia, South America, Middle East and Africa. He holds a BA (Hons) Economics from the University of Liverpool and completed his executive education at INSEAD Business School in France.

Tony began his career with Proudfoot over 28 years ago. In that time, he has worked in the capacity of installation specialist, manager of operations, director of operations and people solutions director. He has recently returned to operations with a well-rounded appreciation of the people and productivity disciplines. Tony has delivered projects in both Africa, Asia, Canada, Australia and Europe and the variety of industries includes mining operations, manufacturing, financial services, insurance, security services, medical services, metal processing, supply chain, retail, distribution, construction & engineering and food and beverage.
Account Executive, Natural Resources
Having worked in the industry for 30 years, Chris's knowledge spans multiple functional areas including business performance management, organizational cultural alignment, cost reduction, business process engineering and implementation. In addition, he has extensive mining and processing experience across precious metals, base metals and upstream iron and steel raw materials such as ferroalloys, coking coal, and iron ore. With deep rooted technical knowledge within the mining and metal industries, Chris has worked for a number of significant natural resource companies in an operational capacity. In addition, he has commissioned and operated two Greenfield operations in South Africa and Zimbabwe, operating in a technical leadership capacity.

Fanny is responsible for designing and implementing transformation solutions through engaging and communicating with client teams at every level from top executive, middle management, frontline supervisors to the shop floor. We help change leaders understand and align their roles in leading change. The deep desire to engage and enable people through change management and change leadership is the backbone of our sustainable change model. Organizations are managed, people are led. Capability development is embedded into everything we do. Coaching is key - we invest time, ensuring the change is repeated into routine.
Mr. David Turnbull, former Chairman of Swire Pacific, former Chairman and CEO of Cathay Pacific Airways and current Executive Chairman of Hong Kong-listed Pacific Basin Shipping Limited. Turnbull is Chairman of Seabury Aviation and Aerospace Asia (Hong Kong) Ltd and holds non-executive directorships of Hong Kong-listed Sands China Ltd and The Wharf (Holdings) Ltd, as well as London AIM-listed Green Dragon Gas Ltd. and Greka Drilling Ltd.
Mr. Turnbull graduated from Cambridge University with a Bachelor of Arts (subsequently Master of Arts) degree with Honours in Economics. He joined the Swire Group upon graduation and held a variety of senior management positions with international responsibilities covering aviation, shipping and property during his 30 years there.

Currently honorary Chairman of the Air France Group and member of the Air Canada board, senior advisor for Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe and the Texas Pacific Group in France. A former member of boards including, SNCF, La Poste and Société Générale, he has also been Chairman of EEC Committees, Groupe des Assurances Nationales, Executive Committee of IATA, Bankers Trust France, Paris Ile de France Regional Development Agency and Deutsche Bank Investment Banking.
He holds the position of Officier de la Légion d'Honneur and Commandeur de l'Ordre National du Mérite.
Mr. Thierry Marraud, current Chief Financial Officer of the Bolloré Group. He serves also as President of the Edhec Foundation, and Chairman of the board for Copacel (Confédération Française de l'Industry des papiers-cartons et cellulose) and Cellulose du Pin, Papeteries de Condat and Lembacel. Formerly Finance Director at Pont-à-Mousson then Saint-Gobain, he became Saint-Gobain’s group representative for Spain & Portugal and then Director of the Wood-Paper division.
Mr. Marraud has also been President of Marsh SA, Chairman of the board for Clinvest and member of the executive committee of Crédit Lyonnais.
Dr. Uwe Franke, former Chief Executive Officer of BP Europa SE and Vice-Chairman of the management board. Dr. Franke is currently President of the World Energy Council and non-executive Director of BP Europa SE, Hoyer GmbH, Basalt AG, Biométhodes and Waschpakete.de. He also serves in an advisory capacity to IFM Industry Funds Management, Pflüger International Consulting and Bernotat+Cie GmbH. An oil veteran, his career at BP spanned in excess of 30 years, and comprised various senior management positions including European Head of BP’s retail station network, CEO of BP Portugal and CEO of Deutsche BP AG.
Dr. Franke is the former Chairman of the Executive Board of Mineralölwirtschaftsverband e.V (the German National Oil Industry Association). The founder of the Diversity Charta in Germany under the sponsorship of Chancellor Merkel, he was appointed German Ambassador for diversity. He holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Hamburg.
