Pamela Hackett
Chief Executive Officer


Pamela brings Proudfoot's rich history of measurable results to industry challenges.

Pamela has led the transformation of Proudfoot since she became CEO in 2017.  Pamela has installed a new consulting model focused on developing the skills and capabilities of clients. This is part of Proudfoot’s obsession with delivering meaningful results through people.

She is passionate about Proudfoot leading the way in achieving behavior change at speed and scale with tangible outcomes that stick for the long term. She is also passionate that her teams understand the importance of their role as consultants; “Our clients open the door of their business to us. We have a duty of care to bring our best selves to work and leave every client interaction better than when we arrived.”

Pam joined Proudfoot over 30 years ago. Her first assignment was with Mount Isa Mines in outback Queensland, Australia where she rolled up her sleeves, put on her safety boots and delivered her first set of measurable benefits through people.

Pam continues to advocate that real change and transformation comes from your people.

Pam has held various executive roles, including the global leadership of Proudfoot People Solutions practice, the growth of Proudfoot Asia, President EMEA, and is executive sponsor of the Proudfoot Institute, home of the Proudfoot Transformation Masterclass called t-Lab. Pam is a recognized thought leader in transformative change.

She has led client engagements across multiple sectors in more than 35 countries and, like most Proudfoot leadership, works directly with teams on the ground at every opportunity.

Lorena manages the development of the global Private Equity Practice; the creation and liaison of value-add strategic partnerships and the execution of tactical CEO-driven worldwide and corporate initiatives.

Lorena has global experience in all areas of management consulting, from identifying and delivering improvement opportunities for Fortune 500 clients around the world to building and running internal Operational Services platforms that support the strategic direction of consulting companies and the successful implementation of custom-tailored consulting engagements.

Lorena has a double MBA in Change Management and Strategy, Execution & Valuation from DePaul University and holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Florida International University. She is native in English and Spanish and speaks fluent Portuguese.
Jon Wylie - President, Global Natural Resources | Proudfoot

Jon Wylie
President, Global Natural Resources


Jon has driven and led the Proudfoot Global Natural Resources practice for much of his 30-year career Like all Proudfoot senior executives and their teams, he is hands-on and client facing much of his time, whether that is working at sites in Canada, Chile, Mongolia or Kazakhstan.  He supports our client teams to develop and deliver value across the price and life cycle of their commodities and assets.
Jon joined Proudfoot in 1987 and has worked across our global operations starting in MRO and Industrials. His extensive functional knowledge lies in the delivery of productivity improvement projects. He has specific expertise in behavioral change and improvement of business operations. Jon championed the development of our first industry sector.
Over the last 10 years, Jon has built our global natural resources practice. He works with clients in Mining and Metals, Building (Construction) Materials, Energy, and Oil and Gas.
Respected across the industry, Jon is passionate about changing the current consulting dynamic. Consultants can be a catalyst contributing to organizational growth. They can help organizations adapt. They can deliver high-value outcomes at reasonable costs.
St. John Cameron 
Managing Director, Asia 


St.John has been designing and delivering transformation programs for clients for 28 years.

Initially joining Proudfoot as a project consultant in 1991, St.John has since worked extensively in Europe and Southern Africa in multiple management roles, and for the last 14 years, he has been based out of our regional office in Hong Kong.

As a trusted advisor to numerous CEOs of large multinationals, St.John has been developing, repeating and expanding Proudfoot’s client base throughout Greater China and South East Asia. He is proud to lead our enthusiastic local Proudfoot teams as they create great partnerships with our clients to deliver outstanding results.

He is passionate about the core of our company DNA and our ability to help our clients learn how to identify lost time and then recover it, whether that be reducing the turnaround time of aircraft in heavy maintenance or winning back more face-to-face sales time in a Mercedes dealership.

St.John has an MBA from Henley Management College and was a British Officer in the Corps of Royal Engineers, serving with the Queen’s Gurkha Engineers in Hong Kong, Nepal and Belize.

Dennis Santare 
Managing Director, Industrials, Americas 


Dennis served in the US Marine Corps as a fighter aircraft operator and maintenance officer.
It was there where he developed a lifelong passion for operations and asset management. He brings that passion to bear each day for his global clients as Managing Director, Maintenance and Repair Operations (MRO).
After leaving the military, Dennis worked as a management consultant. He then lead sales and strategy teams for top-tier aerospace companies. His clients consist of global transportation, logistics, and supply chain organizations. He brings a people-first approach to his sector focus on Aviation and Defense. He helps maintenance leaders innovate and optimize by applying expertise from different sectors.
Dennis has an MBA from The Wharton School and has worked in Australia, ASEAN, Japan, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.
Helder Santos
Managing Director Natural Resources, EMEAA


Helder handles business development and delivery for natural resources across EMEAA.
Helder has global experience in more than 100 client companies. He has been responsible for identifying improvement opportunities for major organizations and designing business solutions to deliver significant financial and operational transformations.
His projects include ensuring safe and predictable operations. He has helped increase throughput and enhance both maintenance effectiveness and installations of lean mining. He focuses on improving supply chain management and and organizational change capabilities in people development.
Helder has a degree in chemical industrial engineering and an MBA in management. He speaks fluent English, Portuguese, Spanish and French.

Peter Gallagher

Global Head of People Solutions

Peter is a highly accomplished, accredited and skilled global strategy implementation executive, with a proven track record of transforming and improving the world’s largest and most successful organisations in over twenty countries. His career spans over thirty-years, he has Big Four external consulting and internal consulting experience, has held senior roles in industry and has boardroom experience as a NED.

Peter has international experience in Aerospace, Defence, Energy, Finance, Investments, Manufacturing and Pensions, working for organisations such as Proudfoot, Bombardier Aerospace, EY, NCR and Shell. His clients include organisations such as ADNOC, Boeing, GE, Rolls Royce and Saudi Aramco.

As a speaker, Peter has presented strategic transformations leading practice to Government entities and CEO audiences globally. He has led large change management communications events (200+ employees) and developed change concepts, assessments, frameworks, models and tools.

Peter has an MBA (Distinction) from the Robert Gordon University and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. He is a Certified Change Management Professional and holds three certifications from the Project Management Institute. Other certifications include Manager of Quality from the American Society of Quality and a Lean Master Black Belt.

Chief People Officer 


Paul is responsible for all our people activity globally for Proudfoot.

Paul has a wealth of HR and people experience having worked with consulting firms in financial services, life-sciences and advertising.  He started his career in the Royal Air Force and has spent over 25 years in human resources. His main focus has been supporting growth by helping align the internal organzsational structure to the ever-changing external market. He supports the creation of new management structures, delivering new career paths, staffing and role mapping, and compensation planning. Most importantly, he makes sure we have the right talent in the right place at the right time.

Paul has worked in a number of other industries including financial services and legal.  He has worked internationally and globally, spending 4 years in Hong Kong as the head of HR for a leading bank’s operations. 

He leads the effort on HR, staffing, recruitment and on-boarding.


Lee Rennick
Chief Marketing Officer 


Lee manages the global marketing practice for Proudfoot. She has over 28 years of experience in delivering strategic marketing, communications, and social media and public relations, as well as bespoke strategy and campaigns for corporate clients.

In 1996, Lee founded RHA-RMS, a consulting firm which developed innovative marketing strategies and campaigns along with business-to-business partnerships for corporate clients. She has managed the marketing and branding campaigns for Universal Studios, Hudson’s Bay (Saks), MTY Group and more..

In 2017, Lee founded Six Trends, a digital innovation company bringing strategic planning and digital transformation services under one umbrella. Lee is currently completing her MBA.

Prior to Proudfoot, Michael heavily focused on the core improvement of infrastructure and building synchronized teams to deliver high quality results at various technology firms leading up to the resounding success of a #1 spot on the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Company in the late 90’s. Followed on by joining the Proudfoot family and establishing a PMO for central back office services as part of the parent company. With 20 years invested in Proudfoot, Michael has continued to drive a solid commitment of support for the organization while recognizing and encouraging valuable team members to deliver top notch technology ideas and solutions.
David Warren

Chief Knowledge Officer

David works with teams and individuals across the organization to provide technological collaboration and research resources. He has spent nearly two decades leading efforts to turn data into meaningful information assets. David leverages and exploits project results from thousands of Proudfoot engagements around the globe with the goal of bringing added value to each future client.
Pernilla Fransson

Commercial Finance Director 

As the Commercial Finance Director Pernilla has nearly 25 years of leadership experience and a proven track record of delivering results. She has been with Proudfoot for over 12 years in a variety of finance roles. She currently acts as a business partner to the global management teams providing support on pricing/commercial decisions, financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, performance reporting and P&L management. Her focus is on continuous improvement in financial and commercial support. She has a strong background in Finance with true global experience, having previously worked for another consultancy both in the UK (Financial Controller) and USA (Financial Analyst), as a Senior Accountant for a telecommunication holding company in the US and various roles in her native Sweden. Pernilla holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (majored in accounting and finance) and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Nick is responsible for strategic oversight of Proudfoot's business.

Nick graduated in physics from University College London and joined Thomson McLintock in 1981, where he qualified as a chartered accountant. He has a proved track record leading successful people-based businesses.
